My Journey with Hypertension: A New Hope

For several years, hypertension was my unwelcome companion. I dealt with persistent headaches, chest discomfort, and bouts of dizziness that made it difficult to enjoy everyday activities. Tasks as simple as shopping felt daunting, overshadowed by an ever-present worry about my health.

At first, I brushed it off as stress. Like many, I turned to self-medication, hoping to find a solution on my own. Everything changed in March 2023. It was at this point, they started giving me series of medications after medications(capsules, tablets and liquid). Medications such as Doxazosin, nifedipine, lisinopril, amlodipine, etc. But these were only to manage it and the effect never lasted for long before my symptoms return
